Initial session ($250; 90 minutes):
The initial therapy session sets the tone for future progress. You’ll have the chance to share what you want to achieve and any limitations holding you back. Together, we will create a collaborative plan and specific action items. The goal of the initial visit is to ensure the right fit and give you a clear idea of next steps.
FOLLOW-UP ($175; 45 MINUTE SESSION; $200; 60 minute session):
The frequency and timeframe of therapy are unique to each person. We recommend meeting weekly for the first two to three appointments. This helps create momentum and establish trust. After these first appointments, we’ll determine a therapy session structure that makes sense for your particular goals.
FOLLOW-UP ($150; 30-MINUTE SESSION):
A 30-minute session offers added convenience for busy lifestyles or is a good re-entry point for anyone who’s received therapy before. Once there’s been a good foundation built in the first few sessions, we can use these shorter appointments to optimize strategies and solutions.
Adult adhd assessment($500):
Dr. Ruffin specializes in diagnosing and providing therapy to adults with ADHD. She has expertise in working with and identifying high masking, high achieving, female presenting, often missed, people who do not fit the stereotype of what ADHD “should” look like.
Evidence-based, clinically validated testing is utilized to evaluate for adult ADHD- including measures that will look for masking/compensating/high achieving profiles . The initial intake appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. One to two follow up appointments are required to complete testing and provide feedback/results/recommendations and a personalized report.
payment and session fees
Payment is due in full at time of service. Cash and credit cards are accepted. You will be asked to keep a card on file prior to first session.
We are currently in network with BCBS of KC insurance plans, however it is recommended to call the number on the back of your card to verify your specific coverage.
Consultation, trainings, presentations, growth and wellness services, supervision, and group workshop costs vary. Please e-mail for pricing.
cancellation and no-show policy
Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to that time, the card on file will be charged a $50 no-show fee the first time and $200 subsequent times.
