Initial session ($250; 90 minutes):

The initial therapy session sets the tone for future progress. You’ll have the chance to share what you want to achieve and any limitations holding you back. Together, we will create a collaborative plan and specific action items. The goal of the initial visit is to ensure the right fit and give you a clear idea of next steps.

FOLLOW-UP ($175; 45 MINUTE SESSION):

The frequency and timeframe of therapy are unique to each person. We recommend meeting weekly for the first two to three appointments. This helps create momentum and establish trust. After these first appointments, we’ll determine a therapy session structure that makes sense for your particular goals. Extended 60 minute appointments ($200) are available on a case-by-case basis.

FOLLOW-UP ($150; 30-MINUTE SESSION):

A 30-minute session offers added convenience for busy lifestyles or is a good re-entry point for anyone who’s received therapy before. Once there’s been a good foundation built in the first few sessions, we can use these shorter appointments to optimize strategies and solutions.

Adult adhd assessment($500):

Dr. Ruffin specializes in diagnosing and providing therapy to adults with ADHD. She helps patients gain control over symptoms that wreak havoc in their life, personally and professionally.

Evidence-based, clinically validated testing is utilized to diagnose adult ADHD. After an initial workup, an ADHD assessment is performed in-person. If this diagnosis is confirmed, we then discuss actionable steps to change your life for the better. The strategies and route of care depend on the individual but behavioral therapy has proven to have impactful, life-changing results.

payment and session fees

Payment is due in full at time of service. Cash and credit cards are accepted. You are required to keep a card on file prior to first session.

We are currently in network with most BCBS insurance plans, however it is recommended to reach out to your insurance directly to verify coverage prior to first appointment.

Consultation, trainings, presentations, growth and wellness services, supervision, and group workshop costs vary. Please e-mail for pricing.

cancellation and no-show policy

Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to that time, the card on file will be charged a $50 no-show fee the first time and full session rate subsequent times.
